The jogging track beside the Cyberjaya Lake connects to the Cyberjaya Lake Garden . Cyberview handles the park and general maintenance in Cyberjaya and works with the Sepang Municipal Council.

On the limited nightlife in Cyberjaya, Redza was quick to add that results based on a survey showed the general population preferred recreation after work.
“But, if they need to chill out, there are Hops and Grapes (the pub at Century Square) and Treehaus (at Cyberview Lodge Resort and Spa).
Old Town White Coffee has also entered the F&B scene at Prima Avenue,” he pointed out.
Affordable housing is another concern.
“Some developers offer 550-sq ft studio apartments at RM138,000. This would impact property investment here,” admonished Redza who alternatively suggested the Neo Cyber service apartments and town-houses priced between RM100,000 and RM120,000.
As for affordable office space, Cyberview itself operates from the SME Technopreneur Centre where rental is RM2.50 per sq ft with complimentary facilities.
Cyberjaya offers free parking at three public parking areas and the park-n-ride system will be implemented in stages up to 2010. The Dedicated Transportation System with buses plying seven routes is Cyberjaya’s answer to public transportation.
The construction of a unique shopping mall starts next year while plans are afoot for a Government clinic and an international school.
