The resulting influx of knowledge workers to the premier cybercity, both from Malaysia and outside its borders, bring with it a need for a complete township infrastructure, from public amenities and services to allocation of residential zones.
To make Cyberjaya the preferred location for ICT, multimedia and services for innovation and operations yet a thriving township in itself, Cyberview actively works with established developers to bring about a good mix of residential, commercial and of course, business developments to cater to its increasingly diverse and growing population.
About 27% of the land in Cyberjaya has been zoned for residential development with the expected increase of companies, workforce and student population in Cyberjaya, thus, demands for housing facilities will also grow.

“We are also using piped chilled water from Megajana’s district cooling plant, in line with Cyberview’s green efforts,” he added.
